2. How to get a PlayStation Plus Membership Gift Card?
   To buy a gift card, you can visit our website and choose the PlayStation Plus Membership voucher that suits you. Do check the gift card details before you purchase, and select the right number of cards you wish to buy. You can also split your gift amount over multiple cards. Once done, add the select gift card to your basket and make the payment at checkout. You can order a gift card online and have it delivered to your doorstep or your loved ones.
3. How to use a PlayStation Plus Membership gift card?
   Your e-gift card is redeemable at PlayStation Plus Membership's physical stores & at all participating Landmark Group brand stores across the UAE. Choose the product you like & proceed to checkout. Apply your 25-digit gift card number and 4- digit pin at the end of the cart or basket page to check how much money you can use from your gift card. 4. Can PlayStation Plus Membership gift cards be redeemed for cash?
   No. A PlayStation Plus Membership Gift Card or PlayStation Plus Membership gift voucher cannot be exchanged for cash either in full or in part. It can only be used to buy products equal to the PlayStation Plus Membership gift card value at any of their stores.
5. What if the purchase value is more than the PlayStation Plus Membership gift card balance?
   Your gift card can be redeemed for part value in case the cart value is more than the value of the gift card. If the purchase value exceeds the value of your Gift card, the differential value can be paid by the individual who redeems the e-gift card either in cash, credit card, or debit
6. Why do I get an error message when I try to add time to my membership either by purchasing more time on the PlayStation Store on console/web/app, or by applying a membership voucher?
   In preparation to launch the new PlayStation Plus membership service, PS is doing some work behind the scenes to make the transition as smooth as possible for all existing members. As part of this work, they have temporarily disabled stacking memberships for existing customers until June 22nd. Rest assured that your voucher code is still valid, and you will be able to redeem your code either when your existing membership expires and deactivates, or after June 22nd, whichever happens first.
7. I have a PlayStation Plus 1-month, 3-month or 12-month membership voucher. What will happen if I redeem it before the new PlayStation Plus service launches?
   If you are not a current member to the service the voucher is for, you can redeem your voucher using PS4, PS5, Web and Mobile App. If you join PlayStation Plus and still have an active membership when the new PlayStation Plus service launches, you will transition into PlayStation Plus Essential. If you currently have a PlayStation Plus membership, due to changes we are making to the service prior to launch, you won’t be able to redeem a voucher code for that service until your existing membership expires and deactivates, or after the new PlayStation Plus service launches in your area.
8. What will happen if I redeem an old membership voucher after the new PlayStation Plus service launches?
   If you do not have an active membership: The PlayStation Plus voucher you redeem will provide you access to PlayStation Plus Essential for the amount of time denoted on your original voucher/ gift card. For example, a 1 Month PlayStation Plus voucher will provide access to 1 Month of PlayStation Plus Essential. For existing members, The PlayStation Plus or PlayStation Now voucher you redeem will be converted to a length of time on your current PlayStation Plus membership plan equivalent to the monetary value of the voucher you are redeeming. For example, a 1-month PlayStation Plus voucher will provide access to approximately 3 weeks of PlayStation Plus Extra or approximately 2.5 weeks of PlayStation Plus Premium.
